Since you can choose any essential oil for fragrance, you could make these in masculine or feminine scents. You can do single or combination oils to customize a scent further. Imagine what a thoughtful gift that would be! Or of course, make them for your own use anytime. It's such a pleasant moment in my day when I roll a little vanilla or rose oil onto my wrists; a moment of zen before facing whatever the day may hold.
Masculine fragrance suggestions:
Cloves
Sandalwood
Lemongrass
Juniper
Vanilla (I think it can go either way)
Check out this manly scent option.

It's fun to change up fragrances so I keep a little buffet on my vanity.
Feminine fragrance suggestions:
Vanilla
Lavender
Rose
Gardenia
Jasmine
Here is a lovely organic lavender oil.

Sweet almond oil is virtually scent-free, so it works as the perfect carrier oil for fragrances.
The ingredients couldn't be simpler: carrier oil and essential oils. I use sweet almond or jojoba oil as a carrier. As an FYI, sweet almond oil does not have a noticeable scent. I was actually hoping it would smell like almonds but it doesn't, haha. So don't worry about which oil you use; it won't affect the fragrance.
Here is one of the most affordable organic almond oils I found.
Organic jojoba oil is another great option.

I love these oil rollers filled with colorful crystals, complete with bamboo lids.
As for supplies, all that is needed is a roll-on bottle and possibly a tiny funnel for easy filling.
Above is the oil roller set I use.
And now, here is a very easy recipe to make your very own fragrance rollers!
ESSENTIAL OIL FRAGRANCE ROLLERS
Prep Time: 2 mins
10 drops essential oil
Fill 10 ml tube with sweet almond oil or jojoba oil
DIRECTIONS

STEP-BY-STEP DIRECTIONS WITH PHOTOS

Use any fragrance oils you like! I prefer organic since I have sensitive skin.
Step 1: Remove roller ball and carefully pour in essential oil of your choice.

I keep a few rollers at my fingertips in the bathroom.
Step 2: Fill the rest of the roller tube with carrier oil, then replace roller ball. That's it!
